The Aqara FP2 presence sensor offers premium features with radar technology, taking advantage of the 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. This sensor enables motion detection in rooms up to 40 square meters (430 square feet) using a single radar. It also lets you divide these zones into up to 30 different zones, such as the sofa, bed, or desktop, and configure individual automations for each zone. It is distinguished by the ability to perform the functions of several infrared sensors simultaneously, knowing that the FP2 is a wired sensor that requires continuous operation.

Multi-person detection and fall
The FP2 allows detection of the presence of up to 5 people at the same time, with the possibility of triggering various scenarios and automation. Additionally, the FP2 can be mounted on the ceiling and activate fall detection mode, which will alert you via the app if someone falls. Please note that the FP2 is not a medical device and is only used for notification purposes.

Multi-ecosystem support
The Aqara FP2 Presence Sensor is offered as a device compatible with multiple systems, including HomeKit, Alexa, Google Home, and Home Assistant. The device can be added directly to Home Assistant using the HomeKit controller integration, making it easy for smart home control enthusiasts to easily integrate the sensor without the need for an Aqara base station, making it a great choice for smart home tech enthusiasts.

The FP2 presence sensor, using millimeter wave radar technology, allows accurate motion detection without producing spurious signals, even in the case of small movements.
