Exchange or Return is possible only within 10 days from the date of delivery subject to the terms herein.
All products to be exchanged must be returned in their original packaging along with the original sales receipt within 10 days from the date of purchase (The product should be in its original condition).
Upon request, and at our discretion, we may exchange defective/ faulty items for identical items of equivalent value.
The Management reserves the right to amend this policy without prior notice.
Credit/Debit card Payment: Note that your bank or card issuer can take 2-15 additional business days to process the transaction.
Products purchased outside of stores at exhibitions and sale events will neither be exchanged nor refunded.
Selected products might be subject to a re-stocking fee of 20% of the invoice value.
These terms & conditions shall be governed and constructed in accordance with the laws of the Qatar.
The product itself must be 100% intact and in the same condition, it was when it was sold. All original packaging must be unopened and in the condition, it was provided to you and Ultra Kit Trading W.L.L. by the original manufacturer (factory sealed, without any damage). Any packaging materials included with your purchase must be returned with the item.
